All sessions are in-person on a Saturday and take place at Grow Yoga Sheffield from 1pm-4pm. The dates are as follows:

The rose holds potent medicine for these times and is a powerful addition to support you on the path of feminine embodiment. The benefits of rose are vast and she has been used through the ages to support and call you home to your true nature.
Over the course of 6 months we will meet together in person for a 3 hour immersion into rose and her medicine, exploring the roots, the stem, the thorns, the bud, the bloom and the release. Each month focuses on a different aspect of the rose's lifecycle to mirror our own internal shifts. These sessions are held on Saturdays at Grow Yoga Sheffield from 1pm-4pm.
This immersion requires a full 6-month commitment to all of the scheduled sessions. Given the nature of this container, if you are unable to make one or more of the sessions, please be aware that there are no transfers or refunds. I am deeply committed to holding an integrous and transformative space that reflects the true value of this sacred work; therefore, a dedicated commitment to show up for yourself and the group is required from you.
This immersion will be a closed group so that the same circle of women will meet each month to build deep familiarity, trust, and community. This work is inherently relational on all levels—with yourself, with each other, and with the spirit of the Rose.
Together, we will explore Rose and her profound wisdom regarding sensuality, the nervous system, and your innate worth. Through embodiment practices, rituals, and teachings, we will work to deepen and integrate this wisdom into your daily life. These practices are specifically designed to help you tend to your nervous system and reclaim a sense of value through the gentle yet firm guidance of the Rose.
In every session, we will receive direct support from the Rose in the form of tea rituals, soothing oils, and the flower herself. Working with these different mediums allows for a rich sensory experience that anchors the medicine directly in the body. In between our in-person meetings, you are invited to participate in a private Telegram group to share your ongoing journey and witness each other's unfolding. To support your integration, I will provide weekly prompts and teachings within this group to help you stay connected to the medicine of the Rose.
As part of this 6 month immersion, you are also invited to take part in a 28 day dieter with rose and this can be explored in different ways to suit you. A dieter is a traditional way to form a deep spiritual relationship with a plant teacher, and more information will be provided about this in the first session.
There is absolutely no experience necessary for this immersion, just an open mind and a curiosity or an inner knowing that is pulling you towards Rose and her wisdom. Whether you are a long-time practitioner of embodiment or are simply feeling a call from the rose herself, you are welcome here.

Work with me 1:1, using a blend of therapeutic yoga, somatic & embodiment practices, psychoeducation of the nervous system, and rest.
These 60 minute sessions are tailored to suit you and the needs of your nervous system. I use an anti-pathology, trauma-informed approach (APTI) and hold space for you to explore and reconnect to your body with the use of various practices and teachings to suit you.
This a beautiful way to slowly and compassionately learn the language of your body and reconnect with your true self, which can get lost if you have experienced trauma. I truly believe that there is nothing wrong with you at your core, and that you have the ability to heal from trauma so that it does not continue to rule your life.
At a certain points, your survival mechanisms and behaviors served you well to keep you safe. But, you may now be feeling your inner sense willing you to move forward.
If this resonates with you, these 1:1 sessions with me can support you to increase your mind body unity, access the wisdom of your body and increase joy, vitality and ease in your life.
Having a regulated and resourced nervous system does not mean that you will never be triggered again or experience uncomfortable or even distressing emotions. However, It does mean that you will increase your capacity to hold all of life with its ups and downs and all the in-betweens. Being able to regulate your emotions means that you can say yes to all that life presents to you, expressing all emotions and recovering from them.
It is suggested that you work with me in 1-1 sessions for at least 6 weeks to make a commitment to your healing. If weekly feels like too much, a plan can be arranged. Please book a connection call or contact me for more details.
